Real Christmas Trees

As a fresh, live product, real Christmas trees cannot be returned once delivered. If your tree arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we offer a 24-Hour Swap Guarantee — contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

You can cancel or amend your delivery date free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Accessories and Non-Perishable Items

For non-perishable items (tree stands, lights, decorations, and similar accessories), you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
