At The Nordmann, we want you to be completely happy with your Christmas tree.
β Tree Swap Guarantee
If youβre not satisfied with the condition or appearance of your tree, simply contact us within 24 hours of delivery and weβll arrange a tree swap at no extra cost.

Prefer a refund? No problem β let us know within 24 hours of delivery and weβll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
β³ 14-Day Product Window
Due to the natural and perishable nature of real Christmas trees, weβre unable to offer swaps or refunds after 14 days from delivery. All trees are freshly cut and selected for premium quality, but require regular maintenance (such as watering the base) to remain in top condition throughout the festive season.
Please include your order number and a photo of the tree in your initial email to help us resolve your request as quickly as possible.

At The Nordmann, we aim to make your Christmas as smooth and festive as possible with fast and reliable delivery.
π Delivery Window
Our delivery season runs from 24th November to 24th December. During checkout, customers can select a preferred delivery date within this period.
π Dispatch & Delivery Times
All Christmas trees are freshly cut and dispatched daily based on the delivery date you choose at checkout. We carefully plan routes to ensure your tree arrives in peak condition.
On the morning of your scheduled delivery, you will receive:
text message (SMS) with your delivery time slot
email confirmation with live tracking details

By placing an order with The Nordmann, you agree to the following terms:
1. Product Availability
All trees and accessories are subject to availability. While we aim to fulfil every order, in the rare event of stock issues, we will contact you with alternative options or a full refund.
2. Quality Guarantee
We hand-select all our trees for premium quality and freshness. However, as trees are natural products, there may be slight variations in shape and size.
3. Returns & Refunds
We offer a tree swap or full refund if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of real Christmas trees, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days. See our Returns Policy for full details.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are made between 24th November and 24th December. Customers select their preferred date at checkout. On the day of delivery, youβll receive a text and email with your time slot. See our Shipping Policy for more.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and be available to receive the tree, or allow for safe drop-off. We are not liable for missed deliveries due to incorrect details or access issues.
6. Payment & Pricing
All prices include VAT (if applicable). Payment is taken at the time of purchase via secure checkout methods.
7. Use of Website
